When booking this place you get the entire suite and a parking at the back of the house. Free street parking in front of the house (please follow city parking signs). The backyard is a shared space with tenants living upstairs.

McCauley is a vibrant and ethnically diverse inner city central neighbourhood in Edmonton. It is also a close neighbour of the Italian district of Little Italy. So being central means close to everything downtown!

I operate with 100% transparency and need to point out that part of living downtown will have traffic noise. So don’t be surprised seeing expensive cars driving by like Ferrari, Lamborghini or Austin Martin… as well as homeless people.

However, this is still a unique place for folks quite used to downtown traffic. Perfect for Oilers games, concerts, conferences, or a business stay in downtown Edmonton.

Common timings to Downtown: 5 min drive, 15 min bus, 20 min walk.

Best way to get around Edmonton & area is by car/Turo/Uber/Taxi. Being in the heart of the city you are close to all amenities and access able to the major freeways to get anywhere! Public transport is also always an option.

Having unregistered guests over during your stay is considered an event and will be a penalty of $1000 with immediate eviction. For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to the unit at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises.

Situated in closer to downtown Edmonton, the unit may experience some traffic noise. Please be advised that downtown is a vibrant and diverse community, inclusive of various residents, including some who may be experiencing homelessness. Kindly remain aware of your surroundings.

For safety and security, the perimeter of the place is monitored with security devices and there is a doorbell-camera by the front door of the suite entrance.

Please note that we provide one week worth of complementary supplies to start you off in the beginning that includes toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, shower gel, hand-soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid/pod. For a longer stay of more than a week, there is nearby grocery stores where you can re-stock for the remaining duration of the stay.
