Area is being revitalized and I operate with 100% transparency, and would like to point out that part of living downtown comes with traffic noise which may disturb the peace of any... apologies in advance.. Don’t be surprised seeing expensive cars driving by like Ferrari, Lamborghini or Austin Martin… as well as homeless people.

However, this is still a unique building for folks quite used to downtown traffic. Perfect for Oilers games, concerts, conferences, or a business stay in downtown Edmonton.

Best way to get around Edmonton & area is by car/Turo/Uber/Taxi. Being in the heart of the city you are close to all amenities and access able to the major freeways to get anywhere! Public transport is also always an option.

Unregistered guests: Hosting unregistered visitors is considered an event and will result in a $1,000 penalty and immediate eviction.

Parking: One dedicated stall is available in the underground parkade. Please double-check your vehicle’s height if you’re driving a truck or oversized SUV — the maximum clearance is 6’4”.

Noise & neighborhood: Located in downtown Edmonton, the condo may experience some traffic noise. The area is a vibrant and diverse community, and you may encounter individuals experiencing homelessness. Please remain aware of your surroundings.

Security: The condo perimeter is monitored by security cameras, and a doorbell camera is installed at the suite entrance for added safety.

Towels & supplies: Bath and face towels are provided for personal hygiene only. Please avoid using them for makeup removal, cleaning, or shoes. A one-week starter supply is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods). For longer stays, you can easily restock at Save-On-Foods (10180 109 St NW) or nearby grocery stores.
